Building success requires your mind and body to be connected to support your goals and aspirations, and here’s where your logical mind comes in.

Your body and mind are interconnected, and never more so than when you experience heightened emotions. When something very intense happens, your mind comprehends what’s happening, and your body reacts to it by releasing emotion. But when the moment is emotional, that connection can be weaker.

What does success mean to you? Take a slow breath in and on the exhale just feel that answer where it sits in your body. My experience is that success usually comes with a few wrong turns. That comes down to being human, we’re not wired to go from A to B without any problems!
