Your body and mind are interconnected, and never more so than when you experience heightened emotions. When something very intense happens, your mind comprehends what’s happening, and your body reacts to it by releasing emotion. But when the moment is emotional, that connection can be weaker.
What does success mean to you? Take a slow breath in and on the exhale just feel that answer where it sits in your body. My experience is that success usually comes with a few wrong turns. That comes down to being human, we’re not wired to go from A to B without any problems!
Stage fright is something to be ashamed of! Stage fright can be cured by practising more! You have to push past the fear! There are so many misunderstandings when it comes to stage fright, and we must start to break the stigma. How can you can face these fears head-on, without repressing them?
